Lead Consultant - Joanne Smith Joanne has more than 25 years of experience with automated financial operations for government organizations and has served as Administrative Assistant for the Town of Sandwich; as Vice President for MuniSmart Systems in Dover; and as a Senior Associate for a New Hampshire consulting firm. She has extensive experience and training in all aspects of accounting software applications; budget and warrant development; state and federal reporting; financial payroll and personnel management; and town clerk/tax collection procedures.
